Hearing noises in your walls is disconcerting enough, but it sounded like the critters in our walls and attic were planning a full out offensive! We had been living with the sounds in our walls for some time, but on this Sunday night, it got much worse so I finally sent out a plea for help. Travis from Solace Pest Solutions returned my inquiry incredibly quickly that same night.
The efficiency was unmatched: Travis arranged a visit for Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon, the job was completely finished. He was up front and honest and explained that because our specific critters are hunkered down for winter, we will have to wait until spring to see the full results. Most importantly, Travis took the time to reassure my wife that these particular invaders don't eat wires, which was a huge relief for her.

Excellent service!! Reasonably priced. Travis did our initial visit and Nick followed up with additional treatments. They were both friendly, respectful and always explained things completely. Their expertise was evident in the first telephone conversation. They followed up with text messages and/or phone calls to keep track if treatments were effective. Amazing service!!! Wish I had done this years ago!!....no more walking through spider webs!!! The technician Nicholas D kept me updated throughout the day as to the time he would arrive....VERY much appreciated !!!! He explained in detail as to exactly what he would be doing and even used a ladder to spray around the upper windows. He texted me after he was finished with ckear instructions re pets and safety and drying times. I will be getting an August treatment and again next year....I'm telling ALL my friends to do it too!!! THANK YOU Solase Pet Solutions.....finally a company with GREAT customer service and obviously employees who take pride in their job.....I will see Nicholas in August!!!
